Dr. Abdelmessih’s research interests are in the area of heat transfer (experimental, theoretical, and applied), e.g. Mixed Convection, Transient Conduction, High Temperature Calibrations, Heat Exchangers, Heat Transfer in: the Paper Industry, Manufacturing, absorption cycles, Electronics, and microheat transfer. She is also interested in Unit Operations used in the paper industry. In addition she has performed research in the area of Fiber Reinforced Plastics.
