As stated in the Saint Martin's University catalog, this course emphasizes policy formulation at upper levels of management. It stresses problem analysis and decision-making based on all environmental factors affecting the organization. This is an integrating course designed to draw on student's total University course experience. Prerequisites: senior standing, completion of or concurrent enrollment in all courses in the common professional component.

This course is intended to be a comprehensive business management and decision-making experience. The course focuses on those business processes and procedures used to successfully compete within a global competitive industry. Topics explored cover the range of business and general knowledge fields including economics, finance, accounting, sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain management.
