Shonda Glen

I’d like to thank everyone who attended and participated in the recent “teach-in” at SMC.  We had a great turnout of over 70 people who came to learn about and oppose a war with Iraq.  I was very proud of our SMC community that day and hope that we continue to educate ourselves and speak out concerning important current events.  Events such as “War and Pizza” are indicative of a campus concerned with social and political issues.  Let’s keep that spirit alive at SMC.
