Dr. Anthony de Sam Lazaro has worked in academia for about 25 years.  He hold an undergrad degree in Physics, Masters degrees in Mathematics, Engineering and Marine Studies and a doctorate in Systems engineering.  He is a technical advisor to ASME/CIE in non-traditional computing, focusing  on fuzzy logic, neural networks, Petri nets, genetic algorithms and so on.  Captain de Sam Lazaro flew Seahawk fighter jets and commanded guided missile ships at sea. Dr. de Sam Lazaro is also a consultant in forensic engineering

 

 

 

 

 

Dr. Amanie Abdelmessih, Professor & Director of Thermal Engineering Laboratories, Mechanical Engineering Department, Saint Martin’s University.  She has industrial, teaching, and research experience.  Abdelmessih has taught in several higher education institutions, including 10 years at Saint Martin’s University.  Abdelmessih has performed research at NASA Dryden Flight Research Center, Marshall Space Flight Research Center, Argonne National Laboratory, and Pacific Northwest National Laboratory.  She has received a total of three certificates of recognition for her research contributions at NASA.  Also, she has received the Outstanding Faculty Award from the Monks of Saint Martin’s Abbey.  Puget Sound Engineering Council awarded her the Academic Engineering of the year in 2005.  Abdelmessih is a member of five Engineering Societies and she is nationally active with a couple of these technical societies.  She is also a member of several honor societies.
