Every day choices are made.  Some are easy; some are not.  The harder choices usually require more research and smaller decisions regarding what factors to use in making these harder choices.  The internet offers a wealth of information if we know how or where to look for it.  However, even when we find what we need to know, we must still boil it all down to a single choice.  This is where decision matrices come in.  They offer a method of comparing different choices against various factors to help us arrive at a final decision.  This presentation is designed to familiarize the viewer with the use of decision matrices and how they are applied to authentic problem solving.
